 Hi! 

My name is Arlyn, and I’m the owner and operator of Plus Ultra Driving School, which I established in 2021. Before becoming a driving instructor, I worked in the banking and finance industry for over 20 years, followed by a short stint in telecommunications and a recent 4-year stint in Allied Health.  

Initially, I tried my hand at early retirement, but I quickly found myself bored. I had hoped to work a few hours a day, but with your support, the business has continued to thrive.

  I hope this venture not only helps students develop a life skill but also improves their self-belief and discipline. 

Hi, 

I’m Bev—a Registered Nurse, independent music artist, and now a driving instructor with Plus Ultra Driving School since February 2025. I help learners gain the confidence and skills to drive safely and independently. 

My lessons are patient, supportive, and tailored to each student’s pace—whether you're a first-time driver or prepping for your PDA. My goal is not just to help you pass, but to make the journey enjoyable and prepare you for a lifetime of safe driving.

 I’m Erl Alvendo! I’m a patient and approachable driving instructor who enjoys helping beginners, refreshers, and license converters build confidence on the road.  Outside of teaching, I’m studying a Bachelor of Animation to explore my creativity, and I am also a streamer at night when it’s my day off. 

I work night shifts at Amazon, so I’ve learned to thrive in late hours while staying productive.  When I’m not working or studying, I spend time with my partner, family, and three dogs who keep me active and happy. I value patience, kindness, and balance in everything I do.
